André Kretzschmar is research assistant and PhD student at University of Luxembourg. He is part of the team involved in the assessment of complex problem solving skills under the leadership of Samuel Greiff.
André studied Psychology and Economics at the University of Magdeburg, Germany and the University of Sydney, Australia with a focus on Cognitive Psychology and Work and Organizational Psychology.
His research interests focus on cognitive abilities and their relationship to occupational performance. Furthermore, he is interested in cognitive trainings and associated transfer effects.
